 Add-On Feature: simPRO–SharePoint Integration for Project Jobs

We’ve introduced a new add-on feature for the simPRO–SharePoint integration that allows you to sync additional job attachments to SharePoint.

What’s Included

With this add-on, you can:

  • Sync Contractor Jobs attachments to SharePoint
  • Sync Order (Orders) attachments to SharePoint

This helps keep all your important job documents organized and accessible in one place.

Contractor Jobs :


SharePoint Folder Structure for Data Sync :

The data will be synced to SharePoint using the following folder structure:

Orders:
Orders / [Order Number - Job Reference] / Attachments

Contractor Jobs:
Contractor Jobs / [Section Name - Section ID] / [Cost Centre Name - Cost Centre ID] / [Work Order Number - Contractor Name] / Attachments

Availability

This is an add-on feature and is not enabled by default for all customers.

How It Works

  • For New Customers:
    The feature will be enabled and configured as part of your initial setup.
  • For Existing Customers:
    Once your existing syncing job is updated by your team, Contractor Job and Order Job attachments will start syncing automatically.
