The SyncEzy Simpro to SafetyCulture integration includes a feature called Default Attachment Settings. This setting allows you to control the default visibility options applied to inspection reports when they are synced from SafetyCulture and attached to jobs in simPRO.
When an inspection is completed in SafetyCulture and synced to simPRO, the inspection report is created as a Job Attachment. The Email and Public attachment settings applied to the synced report are determined by the configuration in your integration settings.
Within the integration settings, you will find two toggle options:
The state of these toggles determines which attachment options are automatically selected in simPRO for newly synced inspection reports.

You can review and update these settings in Integration Settings> Default Attachment Settings for new data uploaded from SafetyCulture to Simpro, as shown in the screenshot below.
