How can I reset my SyncEzy password?

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Registration Page: Go to https://integrations.syncezy.com/pages/register and enter your email. Then, click "Submit".




  2. Request One-Time Password: If you've forgotten your password, on the next screen, click on the "Email One-Time Password" button.




  3. Check Your Email: You'll receive an email containing a one-time password.
  4. Enter One-Time Password: Use the password provided in the email to proceed. Enter it on the webpage, then click "Submit".


  5. Access Your Account: Once logged in, navigate to the "Security" tab in the left sidebar.



  6. Update Security Settings: If you don’t remember your password or are a new user who hasn’t set a password yet, please use the T-OTP option.
    1. Click the Send OTP button to receive a one-time password (OTP) at your registered email address.
    2. Enter the OTP received on your email, then set your new password by filling in both the Set Password and Confirm Password fields. Finally, click Save to complete the process.

    If you remember the password and wish to change the new one after you have logged in , please choose Password option from Security tab. Be sure to click Save to apply your changes.

  7. Access Integrations: Once your password is reset, you can navigate to the "My Integrations" tab in the left sidebar to access your integrations
