How to Reauthenticate Employment Hero

Employment Hero Reauthentication

In order to reauthenticate Employment Hero  (previously Keypay) please follow the steps below:

2. Click on My Integration tab from left side panel to view your existing integration(s).
3. Click on the blue Details button

4. Click on Down Arrow on right side. This will reveal the buttons to disconnect and connect integration apps. 


5. Click "Disconnect" under Employment Hero logo.

6. Click "Yes, Reset" from confirmation pop up.

7. You will be redirected to connection page.  Click "Connect"

8. You will asked to enter an API key under text "Please enter token for the Keypay. If you haven't created the API Key, please use this link to generate/change API Key."

Please head here to get or create API key: https://keypay.yourpayroll.com.au/Account#/details

9.  Clicking on this link will open the Employment Hero (Keypay payroll) account details. Click "Security" tab from the left side panel


10. Scoll Down to the API Key field and Click "Copy to clipboard" button


11. Paste the Key in the API Key field in SyncEzy integration.

12. Click "Submit"

13. The system will show you the list of businesses connected with your Employment Hero. Under "-- Select Business --" dropdown choose your business to connect. 

14. Click "Save" to finish changes 

Employment Hero Payroll will be connected.
