Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to the Integration Page:

   • Open SyncEzy and go to your integration settings for Procore and Box.

2. Add Project to Sync:

   • Click on the option to add a new project to sync.

3. Select the Classic Sync Option:

   • Under the "Add Project to Sync" window, ensure the "Classic" tab is selected. This option allows you to sync the entire folder structure of a Procore project.

4. Select Procore Company and Project:

   • From the drop-down menus, select your Procore Company and Procore Project. This will determine which project you want to sync with Box.

5. Choose Project Tools:

   • Select the Procore tools you want to sync. Options may include Documents, Photos, RFIs, etc. Ensure the relevant checkboxes are marked.

6. Select Path URL for Box:

   • Click on the "Select Path URL" button next to the Box logo.
     
     
     

7. Enter the Box Folder Path:

   • In the URL field, enter the URL of the Box folder where you want to sync your Procore project.
     
     
     
   • For example: https://app.box.com/folder/388907

8. Validate the Path:

   • After entering the URL, click the "Validate" button to ensure the path is correct and accessible.
   • A confirmation message "Success" should appear in green text if the path is valid.
     
     
     

9. Add Project:

   • Once the path is validated, click the "Add Project" button to finalize the sync setup.

10. Confirmation:

    • You will see a message indicating that the path has been selected successfully and the project is added to the sync list.

By following these steps, you can easily set up a sync between your Procore project and the specified Box folder using the "Select Path URL" feature. This ensures your project files are organized and accessible in the desired Box directory.
