SyncEzy has introduced a new enhancement to the Simpro–SafetyCulture integration that allows you to manually import or update jobs in SafetyCulture regardless of their Simpro job stage.
Previously, the automatic sync only imported jobs in Pending and Progress stages within the configured sync period. Jobs that were already completed or were not included during the initial sync could not be imported automatically.
With the new Import Jobs to GRS feature, you can now import jobs in any of the following stages:
This applies to both new and historical jobs that were not previously synced to SafetyCulture.
The system supports multiple input formats, including: - Job IDs entered on separate lines - Comma-separated job IDs - A mix of both formats. The selected jobs will be imported to SafetyCulture regardless of their current Simpro stage. Please refer to the video below.
You can also use this feature to update jobs that are already synced to SafetyCulture.
For example, if you have changed the Site Name, Customer Name, or Job Name in Simpro, simply re-import the job using its Job ID. The latest information will be updated in SafetyCulture.
Multiple Job IDs can be entered at once, making it easy to import or update several jobs in a single action.
