We’re excited to introduce two new features to the Simpro to Mitti (previously SafetyCulture) integration, designed to improve visibility, streamline workflows, and reduce manual effort for your team.

With these enhancements, you can now receive email notifications whenever an inspection is synced to Simpro and automatically update the Simpro job status when an inspection is synced.

Here’s how these new features work and how they can benefit your business.

1. Inspection Sync Notifications

Stay informed every time an inspection is successfully synced to Simpro as an attachment to a job.

With the new Inspection Sync Notifications toggle, you can choose to receive an email notification for every inspection synced through the integration.

How does it work?

Once enabled, an email notification will be sent to the email address configured under the Notification Email setting in the SyncEzy integration portal.

Each notification email includes:

• Simpro Job Link: Click directly to open the relevant job in Simpro.

• Mitti Inspection Link: Click directly to open the corresponding inspection in Mitti.

How to enable Inspection Sync Notifications

1. Log in to your SyncEzy integration portal.

2. Navigate to the Settings tab.

3. Locate the Inspection Sync Notifications toggle.

4. Turn the toggle ON.

Once enabled, you’ll start receiving email notifications for every inspection synced to Simpro.

This feature is particularly useful for teams that need to monitor inspection activity, maintain oversight, and ensure inspection records are available when required.

2. Automatically Update Simpro Job Status on Inspection Sync

You can now automatically update a Simpro job’s status whenever an inspection is synced to that job.

With the new Update Simpro Job Status on Sync feature, you can select a preferred job status in the SyncEzy integration portal. Whenever an inspection is synced, the associated Simpro job status will be updated to your selected status.

How does it work?

For example, if you want a Simpro job to move to Completed whenever an inspection is synced, you can select that status in the integration settings.

When the inspection is synced to the job, the integration will automatically update the job status to Job : Completed, helping your team follow a consistent workflow.

How to enable automatic job status updates

1. Log in to your SyncEzy integration portal.

2. Navigate to the Settings tab.

3. Locate the Update Simpro Job Status on Sync toggle.

4. Turn the toggle ON.

5. Select the desired Simpro job status from the available options.

Important: Before enabling this feature, make sure that Ignore Status Priority is turned ON for the relevant job status in Simpro. This setting is required for the integration to update the job status as configured. (To know more about Ignore Status Priority please click here)

Once enabled and configured, the selected job status will be applied to the associated Simpro job whenever an inspection is synced.
