To enable RFI syncing, admin permissions are required for the RFIs tool in Procore.
β One-Way Sync: RFIs from Procore are automatically transferred to SharePoint as PDF files.
β Automatic Updates: Any updates made to RFIs in Procore trigger a new PDF sync, replacing the previous version to maintain accurate records.
β Folder Structure: RFIs are organized in SharePoint based on your Procore structure, ensuring consistency and easy navigation.
β Access Anytime in SharePoint: Once synced, your RFIs are readily available in SharePoint, making it easier for teams to collaborate using SharePoint for document management.
Once the sync is enabled, SyncEzy creates a parent folder in SharePoint named βRFIsβ. All RFIs will be saved as PDF files within subfolders based on the project structure in Procore.
To access your RFIs sync history and manage synced files:
β Eliminates manual downloads and uploads β Save time and reduce errors.
β Ensures up-to-date RFIs β Always have the latest RFI versions in SharePoint.
β Enhances collaboration β Teams working in SharePoint can seamlessly access updated RFIs.
β Maintains Procore folder structure β Making it easy to navigate and locate RFIs.
We are continuously improving our integrations and plan to expand sync capabilities for additional Procore tools, including Models and more project data. Stay tuned for updates!
