Keep Sync Active for Terminated Employees (15-Day Sync)

SyncEzy now includes a new feature that allows employee data to continue syncing for a limited period after termination. When enabled, this setting ensures uninterrupted access to important employee records—such as payslips—even after an employee has been terminated.

What’s New?

With the “Keep Sync Active for Terminated Employee” toggle enabled:

  • The integration will continue syncing all employee data for 15 days after termination

  • Payslips and other employee-related information remain accessible

  • Sync automatically stops after the 15-day period

This feature helps teams manage offboarding processes and maintain access to critical data during the transition period.

How to Turn the Feature ON

Follow these steps to enable the 15-day post-termination sync:

  1. Log in to the SyncEzy portal.

  2. Navigate to your Integration.

  3. Click on Settings.

  4. Open the HiBob Employment Hero Config button.


  5. Locate the toggle labeled “Keep Sync Active for Terminated Employee.”



  6. Turn the toggle ON.

Important Notes

  • This feature only applies to terminated employees

  • Sync continues for 15 days post-termination when enabled

  • Changes take effect immediately after saving

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to update integration settings
