Settings

1. Integration Name
Use this setting to assign a custom name to your integration. Click the Edit button to edit the name, then click Save when finished. The name can be up to 70 characters long.
2. Notification Email
Enabling this option will send you an email to the SyncEzy-Email about the sync status. Click on the Edit button to edit the email and click save when you are done. You can add up to 5 email addresses separated by comma.
3. Rename Special Characters
Enabling this option will automatically change the special character from # % * : < > ? / \ | ~ to Hyphen (-) of your file/folders name as some applications do not support special characters. This feature works for the Photos tool only as Procore itself cleans up the special characters for Documents tool whereas in the Photos tool, they allow special characters.
4. Sync Deletes
When this option is enabled, file deletions are synchronized between both systems. Deleting a file in Procore will also delete it in Dropbox, and deleting a file in Dropbox will delete it in Procore.
If this option is disabled, deletions will not be synchronized. You will need to manually remove the file from the other system.
Important: This feature currently applies only to the Documents tool. Deletions made in the Photos tool are not synced and must be manually removed from both systems.
