Sync Deletes
Enabling this option will allow you to delete files from both systems if you delete it from one. If you delete a file from Procore, it will delete it from Dropbox. If you delete a file from Dropbox, it will delete it from Procore. If this option is disabled, deleted files will not be synced and you will have to manually remove it from the other system. The important thing to note is that, currently this feature works within the "Documents" tool only. For "Photos" tool you will need to manually delete the files from both sides.

8 - The right side is a list and count of all files and folders in the Dropbox location.

Configuration
The Configuration tab is where you will add your projects from Procore and select the location in Dropbox you want to sync it to. This screen will also appear first when you connect both your Procore and Dropbox accounts.
Here's how it works:
1. Click on the "Add New" button
2. Choose your Procore company first.
3. In the Procore Project box select the Procore project from the list.
4. In Project Tools, select whether you want to sync Documents, Photos, or both.
5. Please select the folder location in Dropbox where you wish to sync the data. (It is recommended to create a folder in Dropbox with the project name so it will be easy to identify the folder when selecting the location, as given in the screenshot below)
6. Select the location folder and add the project
7. Click Save Changes and page will reload. Your sync should start momentarily after.
