Summary

If you’ve previously authenticated your Google Drive integration using one email account (for example, ABC@companyname.com) and would like to switch to another account (such as XYZ@companyname.com), you can easily reauthorize the integration to sync data with the new Google Drive user.


Steps to Re-authenticate Google Drive

  1. Log in to your SyncEzy integration portal at integrations.syncezy.com.
  2. Navigate to the My Integrations section and click Details for your connected app.
  3. On the Integration page, click the Up Arrow () button next to Secondary app, then select Disconnect.
  4. When prompted, click Yes to confirm and start the re-authorization process.
    (Refer to the screenshot below for guidance.)
  5. Sign in with your new account and authorize the requested permissions when prompted.

    The screenshot below illustrates how to re-authenticate Google Drive from one user account to a different user account.


Verifying the Updated Account
To confirm that the new account has been successfully connected:

Log in to the integration portal.
Open the Details tab for your integration.
Check the User Name field — it should now display your newly authenticated email address.



After Re-Authentication

Once the account has been successfully re-authenticated, your integration will automatically resume syncing data with the new Google Drive user.
