This integration allows files and folders from a selected SharePoint location to be automatically synced to SafetyCulture in one direction (SharePoint → SafetyCulture). Changes made in SharePoint are reflected in SafetyCulture, but not the other way around.
It means files and folders sync from SharePoint to SafetyCulture only. Any changes made in SafetyCulture will not sync back to SharePoint.
During the initial sync:
All supported files and folders in the selected SharePoint location are synced to SafetyCulture.
You will receive a confirmation email once the initial sync is completed.
The following actions are supported after the initial sync:
Adding new folders (with supported files)
Adding new files
Renaming files
Moving files
Deleting files
These changes will automatically appear in SafetyCulture.
