simPRO  - QuickBooks Workforce Integration - Archive Only Jobs in Bulk from Quickbooks Workforce

To archive Jobs only in bulk from Quickbooks Workforce, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to Integration Portal menu.

2. Scroll down to Archive Only Jobs in Bulk from Quickbooks Workforce.

3. Enter the Job Numbers you want to archive. Enter each Job number in a new line with just the number (no J or Job before the number):

4. Press the "Archive Jobs from Quickbooks Workforce" button.

5. Press "Ok" when the prompt comes up.

6. You will see a success message "Job # Archived Successfully!" and the page will refresh:

7. Log in to your QuickBooks Workforce account and go to the Jobs/Customers menu. The Jobs you archived will no longer be found.
