simPRO  - QuickBooks Workforce Integration - Sync a New Employee


If a new employee is added to QuickBooks Workforce the Portal will require the User List to be refreshed.  By refreshing the User List the Portal will pair with the simPRO Employee Card as well as the QuickBooks Workforce Employee Card. 

1. Select API Setting from the Integration Menu 

2. Select Refresh User List 



If the Users listed appear in green it indicates the simPRO Employee and QuickBooks Workforce Employee has successfully paired.
