Here’s how it works: once a timesheet is approved, it’s automatically sent to simPRO. If you need to make any changes (such as time allocation or job/cost changes), you'll need to unapprove the timesheet in Quickbooks only, make the necessary adjustments and then re approve it, and then re-fetch it through the SyncEzy portal.
To do this:
Use the “Fetch approved timesheets from QuickBooks Workforce” option.
Select the employee name and the period for the updated timesheets.
Click “Fetch timesheets from QuickBooks Workforce.” (Please refer to the screenshot below)
Once the timesheets are fetched, you can select them all and click on the Send timesheets to simPRO button.
