Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for connecting
your PropertyMe account to SyncEzy and configuring your
destination application.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- An
active SyncEzy account.
- Valid PropertyMe login credentials.
- Access
to your destination application (e.g., Rent Safe, ServiceM8, DC Smoke, Simpro, or another supported integration).
Step 1 – Log in to the SyncEzy Integration Portal
- Open
your preferred web browser.
- Navigate
to the SyncEzy Integration Portal:
https://integrations.syncezy.com
- Enter
your SyncEzy login credentials.
- Click Login.
Step 2 – Navigate to My Integrations
- From
the left-hand navigation menu, select My Integrations.
- Locate
your PropertyMe integration.

Step 3 – Open the Integration Details
- Click
the Details button next to your PropertyMe integration.
- The
integration details page will open.
Step 4 – Connect Your PropertyMe Account
- Under
the PropertyMe section, click Connect.
- You
will be redirected to the PropertyMe login page.

Step 5 – Sign in to PropertyMe
- Enter
your PropertyMe Email Address.
- Enter
your Password.
- Click Log
in.

Step 6 – Authorize SyncEzy
- If
prompted, select the appropriate Portfolio.
- Review
the permissions requested by SyncEzy.
- Click Allow to authorize the connection.
Note: Granting permission allows SyncEzy to securely
access your PropertyMe account and synchronize data.

Step 7 – Verify the Connection
Once authorization is complete:
- You
will be redirected back to the SyncEzy Integration Portal.
- The
PropertyMe connection status will display CONNECTED.
This confirms that your PropertyMe account has been
successfully connected.

Step 8 – Connect Your Destination Application
After successfully connecting PropertyMe, connect your
destination application.
Supported applications include:
- RentSafe
- ServiceM8
- DC
Smoke
- Simpro
- Other
supported SyncEzy integrations
To connect your destination application:
- Click Connect beside the destination application.
- Complete
the authentication process.
- Follow
any additional configuration prompts.
Next Steps
Once both applications are connected:
- Configure
any required integration settings.
- Run
an initial synchronization by clicking on Sync Now button or wait for auto sync to start after the 30 minutes.
- Verify
that your data has synchronized successfully.
- Monitor
the Sync Status tab to ensure ongoing successful synchronization.

If you encounter any issues during setup:
- Verify
that your PropertyMe email address and password are correct.
- Ensure
you click Allow when prompted to authorize SyncEzy.
- If
authorization expires, click Reconnect and repeat the authorization
process.
- Ensure
your browser allows pop-ups and redirects.
- If
the issue persists, contact the SyncEzy Support Team and provide
your App ID along with a screenshot of the error.
