SyncEzy PropertyTree Integration Setup Guide

Connecting Your PropertyTree Account to SyncEzy

This guide explains how to enable the SyncEzy application in PropertyTree before the SyncEzy Support Team completes the integration setup.


Important:
The PropertyTree integration cannot be configured through self-service. After completing the steps below, the SyncEzy Support Team will connect your PropertyTree account on your behalf.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that you have:

  • Administrator access to your PropertyTree account.
  • Access to the Configuration menu in PropertyTree.
  • Your company's PropertyTree account details.

 

Step 1 – Enable the SyncEzy App in PropertyTree

  1. Log in to your PropertyTree account.
  2. Navigate to:

Configuration → Partner Gateway (under the Integration section).

  1. Locate the SyncEzy application.
  2. Click Activate.
  3. Wait until the activation is completed successfully.




 

Step 2 – Send Your PropertyTree Account Details

Once the SyncEzy app has been activated, please email the following information to the SyncEzy Support Team (support@syncezy.com)

  • Trading / Business Name
  • Company Name
  • Company Email Address associated with your PropertyTree account

Note: Please refer to the screenshot below to locate these details.


 

Step 3 – SyncEzy Support Completes the Setup

Once we receive the required information, the SyncEzy Support Team will:

  • Verify your PropertyTree account.
  • Connect your PropertyTree account to SyncEzy.
  • Configure the integration.
  • Notify you once the setup has been completed successfully.

 

What Happens Next?

After the integration has been completed, you can begin connecting your supported destination applications, including:

  • ServiceM8
  • RentSafe
  • DC Smoke
  • Simpro
  • Other supported SyncEzy integrations

The SyncEzy Support Team will advise you if any additional configuration is required.
