This article explains Syncezy's data limits for Procore integrations, what happens when you reach a limit, and how to check your current usage.
Data Limits and Usage
Syncezy plans come with data limits to ensure smooth operation for all users. These limits represent the total amount of data transferred between Procore and your cloud applications during the billing period.
For free plans there is a limit of 2 GB vs paid with unlimited data transfer.
For a 14 day trial there is a limit of 5 projects with maximum 20 GB data transfer. The trial will require payment method to be added and will charge automatically to the paid plan at the end of the trial period.
Important Note: The Syncezy dashboard displays data usage for the currently active projects only. Frequent actions like deleting and re-adding projects can significantly impact data usage.
Understanding Limit Notifications
You will receive email notifications when you reach specific thresholds of your data limit, such as 50%, 80% and 100%. This is a helpful reminder to be mindful of your usage and adjust your integrations accordingly if needed.
What Happens When You Hit the Limit
If you exceed your data limit, your integrations will pause data transfer and integration will be disabled. Syncezy will notify you via email as mentioned above.
Checking Your Current Usage
Here's how to check your current data usage:
- Log in to your Syncezy account.
- Navigate to your account dashboard.
- The dashboard will display your current data usage for the active projects.
Note: This data represents the current active project only (please refer to images below). Data transferred from deleted projects won't be reflected here. However, it will add up to your total data limit in the free plan
What to Do If You're Approaching Your Limit
If you're nearing your data limit, consider these options:
Review your integrations: Analyze which integrations are transferring the most data and identify any potential optimizations. Maybe you can filter data transfer based on specific project needs.
Upgrade your plan: If you consistently require more data transfer, consider upgrading to a plan with a higher data limit. Please reach out to us by chat, phone or email us at
