The fourth function in the SyncEzy simPRO - Salesforce Integration Portal is the Get Customer Groups button.

This function retrieves the list of customer groups from simPRO and sends it to Salesforce.

We automatically get all new customer groups every night so you only need to run this function if you have recently added a new Customer Group in simPRO and need to immediately transfer it to the Salesforce CRM.
