The fifth function in the simPRO - Salesforce Integration Portal is the Get Customer Profiles button.

This function retrieves the list of Customer Profiles from simPRO and sends it to Salesforce.

We automatically sync all new Customer Profiles every night so you only need to run this function if you have recently added a new Customer Profile in simPRO and need to immediately transfer it to the Salesforce CRM.
