This guide will give a detailed overview of every section and tab that you can find in your Simpro to HubSpot integration.
Details
Simpro-URL
This is the URL of your connected Simpro account.
Company ID
This is the connected Simpro company ID.
HubSpot-Username
This is the username connected to HubSpot account.
SyncEzy-Email
This is the email associated with your SyncEzy account.
Plan Details
The Plan Details section is a summary of your current subscription status. Below is a brief explanation of each text box.
Customer Name
This is the name you signed up with on the integrations portal.
Customer Email
This is the email you signed up with on the integrations portal
Plan Name
This is your integration plan name.
Plan Code
This is the code we use internally and it is related to the plan name.
Plan Price
This will show the amount you paid for the integration, depending on the plan tier and how long you have chosen to subscribe for.
Interval of Subscription and Interval - Unit of subscription
These two fields are related and specify how many months or years you have opted to subscribe for.
Next Bill Date
This field specifies the next date you will be billed for the subscription.
Subscription Status
This field specifies whether your integration is live/trial or in another status.
Subscription ID and Subscription Number
These two fields are the references to your subscription. If you have any issues with your subscription, you can give either of these to SyncEzy's Support Team to help you check.
Settings
Integration Name
This setting is to give a custom name to your integration. Click on the pencil icon to edit and click save when you are done. You can enter 70 characters maximum.
Notification Email
That is where you enter the email to receive notifications about your sync status. You can change it or add multiple emails (separate each email with a comma- you can add upto 5 email addresses).
Delete Confirmation
By default this setting is disabled. Enabling this setting will allow deletion of Deal, customer and contact in Hubspot to sync and delete the associated Quote, customer and contact in Simpro and visa versa.
Simpro Quote Stage
By default this is disabled. This setting will work only in initial sync. Enabling this setting before initial sync will allow on those quotes to sync which has selected stages.
Data View
In the Data view tab, you can view data related to the Simpro to HubSpot sync. You can also export them as an Excel spreadsheet.
Data Manager
In this tab, we can force a sync of records between Simpro and HubSpot, either from Simpro to HubSpot or vice versa
This option allows you to sync only one record at a time. Use this feature when you want to sync a small number of records immediately instead of waiting for the automatic sync cycle to run.
1. Select App (Source)
Choose the source application from which the record should sync:
- Simpro
- HubSpot
2. Select App Module
Choose the module you want to sync.
For Simpro, available modules are:
- Company Customer
- Individual Customer
- Quote
- Contact
For HubSpot, available modules are:
- Company
- Contact
- Deal
3. Enter Record ID
Enter the Record ID of the item you want to sync from Simpro to HubSpot or vice versa.
4. Sync
After selecting all required details, click the Sync button to start the sync process for the selected record.
Please note that although this manual sync option is available, the system’s automatic sync continues to run normally. Keep the following points in mind:

The system automatically syncs changes every 30 minutes.

Changes from Simpro to HubSpot sync automatically.

For HubSpot to Simpro sync, only records with the “Send to Simpro” field set to Yes will sync automatically.

Once the sync is completed, the “Send to Simpro” field is automatically reset to No in Hubspot record. Check for errors in Data view tab if the value remains Yes after sync.
Sync Status
You can view the sync status in this tab - success or failure. The sync runs whenever you make changes to quotes, company, contacts, and stage on both accounts.
Sync Now
Use the Sync Now button in this tab to trigger a manual sync. SyncEzy's integration will automatically start sync for all records for you (for husbspot to simpro, it will sync changes only for the records which have Send to Simpro field as Yes).
This button needs to be pressed only for the very first sync or as a backup option.
Company and Individual Customer Pairing
In this option, you need to pair the Simpro Customer fields to the Hubspot Company fields. You can pair one field at a time, as many as you need. You can also pair Simpro custom fields provided the relevant fields are also available in Hubspot.
Click on Add Fields for every field that you need paired. Click Green Tick when you are done.

In this option, you need to pair the Simpro Contact fields to the Hubspot company fields. You can pair one field at a time, as many as you need. You can also pair Simpro custom fields provided the relevant fields are also available in Hubspot.
Click on Add Fields for every field that you need paired. Click Green Tick when you are done.

Quotes Pairing
In this option, you need to pair the Simpro Quote fields to the Hubspot Deal fields. You can pair one field at a time, as many as you need. You can also pair Simpro custom fields provided the relevant fields are also available in Hubspot.
Click on Add Fields for every field that you need paired. Click Green Tick when you are done.

In this option, you need to pair the Simpro Quote Stage to the Hubspot Deal Stage. If the same Stage has been paired to multiple Hubspot fields, the very first stage in the list will be considered when syncing from Simpro to Hubspot. From Hubspot to Simpro, it considers whichever stage is paired in the pairing page.
Click on Add Fields for every stage that you need paired. Click Green Tick when you are done.
Account Manager and Owner Pairing
In this option, you need to pair the Simpro Account Manager fields to the Hubspot Owner . You can pair one field at a time, as many as you need.
Click on Add Fields for every field that you need paired. Click on Green Tick when you are done.
Salesperson and Owner Pairing
In this option, you need to pair the Simpro Sales Person to the Hubspot Owner . You can pair one field at a time, as many as you need.
Click on Add Fields for every field that you need paired. Click on Green Tick when you are done.
