How often does the sync run?
The initial sync of jobs from simPRO to Safety Culture may take some time to complete. After that the sync runs every minute.
What type of data the integration syncs?
We sync jobs/sites/customer names to Safety Culture and once the inspection report is created, we sync report to simPRO.
Is there any limit on syncing of Inspection reports?
The limit of syncing reports depends on your purchased plan. If you have purchased a plan with unlimited inspection reports then you can sync unlimited inspection reports.
What are the criteria that determine which jobs are synchronized with Safety Culture?
Time limit: the default sync time limit is 365 days. This means that during the initial sync, we import all jobs created or modified within the last 365 days with a status of "Pending" or "Progress." After the initial sync, only newly created jobs are synchronized.
If you need to sync an older, closed job, simply reopen the job, update its stage to "Pending" or "Progress," save it, and then click Sync Now Jobs under the Global Response Set tab. The job will then be included in the sync process.

What is Global Response Set?
In this tab you can set/configure the parameter on how the simPRO job list will appear in Safety Culture. (Please ensure that the GRS "simPRO Job List" is included in all templates intended for saving inspections as PDFs to SimPRO. Without this, the synced jobs will not appear in the dropdown during inspections, and data synchronization will fail).
1. This field is to set the job list items structure (JobID is mandatory, you can add or remove #siteName #customerName according to your needs)
2. You can select the no. of days for which simPRO jobs need to be imported in Safety Culture. By default it is set to 365 days, which means with the initial sync we will import all the jobs with Pending and Progress stage that have been created/modified in the last 365 days, after that, we only sync newly created jobs.
3. This button will not delete/update existing jobs in GRS at SafetyCulture. This will fetch and sync all the jobs that are not added in GRS for the days limit set. For instance, if you've reopened a job that was under "Complete" stage during the initial synchronization but is now in a "Pending" or "Progress" stage, you can use this button to manually sync that job.
4. If you have made the changes to field 1 or 2 then you need click on "Reset" button to implement those changes to Safety Culture. As it will delete the old existing items and re-sync them.
Why aren’t my inspections syncing?
If your inspections aren't syncing, ensure the following steps are addressed:
1. Global Response Set: Ensure that the GRS "simPRO Job List" is included in all templates intended for saving inspections as PDFs to SimPRO. Without this, the synced jobs will not appear in the dropdown during inspections, and data synchronization will fail.
2. Field Types: Make sure all the fields in your templates are set to the Text Answer Type ( This is applied for all the fields that are paired within the integration field pairing). Mismatched field types can cause syncing issues.
3. Matching Question Names: Use the exact question name consistently across all your templates ( This is applied for all the fields that are paired within the integration field pairing). Any discrepancies can prevent the system from recognizing the fields during the syncing process.
4. Field Pairing: Ensure that at least one field is paired and actively used in your inspection template. Without this pairing, the system cannot process or sync the inspection data.
By addressing these steps, you should resolve syncing issues with your inspections.
How many fields can be synced with this integration?
You can pair over 150 simPRO fields and sync the data, provided the corresponding fields are also available in Safety Culture. This can be done inside the field pairing tab in your SyncEzy integration. Once the pairing is completed, click on "Submit" to save the pairing.
