Simpro to Safety Culture (Two-way) Integration Overview

This guide will give a detailed overview of every section and tab that you can find in your Simpro to Safety Culture integration.
Details
1. Simpro-URL
This is the URL of your connected simPRO account.
2. Company ID
This is the connected simPRO company Id.
3. SyncEzy Email
This is the email your SyncEzy Account owner.
4. Plan Details
The Plan Details tab is a summary of your current subscription status. Below is a brief explanation of each text box.
- Customer Name: This is the name you signed up with on the integrations portal.
- Customer Email: This is the email you signed up with on the integrations portal
- Plan Name: This will always be Procore SharePoint Two Way.
- Plan Code: This is the code we use internally and it is related to the plan name.
- Plan Price: This will show the amount you paid for the integration, depending on the plan tier and how long you have chosen to subscribe for.
- Interval of Subscription and Interval - unit of subscription: These two fields are related and specify how many months or years you have opted to subscribe for.
- Next Bill Date: This field specifies the next date you will be billed for the subscription.
- Subscription ID and Subscription Number: These two fields are the references to your subscription. If you have any issues with your subscription, you can give either of these to SyncEzy's support team to help you check.
Settings
1. Integration Name
You can add a name to your integration in case you have multiple apps
2. Notification Email
Enabling this toggle will send system notifications to email address mentioned in the text box below it. You can add upto 5 email address separated by comma (",").
3. Webhook Delay Setting
This will add a 15 minutes delay to sync inspections from SafetyCulture. Enable this setting if your inspections at SafetyCulture have media files. Useful in case of inspections containing large number of media files.
4. Sync an inspection only once
If enabled, this setting will restrict an inspection to sync only once from SafetyCulture to Simpro, irrespective of multiple change/complete action triggered from SafetyCulture.
5. Missing Simpro Job Id Email Notification Settings.
If this is turned ON, an Email notification will be sent incase of missing Simpro Job ID from the inspection. Turn it OFF if template has more than one Simpro Job ID Global Response set field.
6. Default Attachment Settings for new data uploaded from SharePoint to Safety Culture
Email - This will be set as the Default "Email" Property for new attachments when they are added to Simpro from Safety Culture.
Public - This will be set as the Default "Public" Property for new attachments when they are added to Simpro from Safety Culture.
Global Response Set section
In this section of Settings tab you can set/configure the parameter on how the Simpro job list will appear in Safety Culture. (Please ensure that the GRS "simPRO Job List" is included in all templates intended for saving inspections as PDFs to SimPRO. Without this, the synced jobs will not appear in the dropdown during inspections, and data synchronization will fail).
7. Global Response set Item's structure
This field is to set the job list items structure (JobID is mandatory, you can add or remove #siteName #customerName#jobName according to your needs)
8. No. of days for which Simpro jobs need to imported:
You can select the no. of days for which simPRO jobs need to be imported in Safety Culture. By default it is set to 365 days, which means with the initial sync we will import all the jobs with Pending and Progress status that have been created/modified in the last 365 days, after that, we only sync newly created jobs.
Automatic Cleanup of Older Jobs
To help maintain system performance and prevent the response
list from growing too large, the SyncEzy integration system automatically removes first 500 older jobs that
have not been updated with in the set period of No. of days for which Simpro jobs need to imported mentioned above.
9. Sync Now your global response set:
This button will not delete/update existing jobs in GRS at SafetyCulture. This will fetch and sync all the jobs that are not added in GRS for the days limit set. For instance, if you've reopened a job that was under "Complete" stage during the initial synchronization but is now in a "Pending" or "Progress" stage, you can use this button to manually sync that job.
10. Reset your global response set setup:
If you have made the changes to field 7 or 8 mentioned above, then you need click on "Reset" button to implement those changes to Safety Culture. As it will delete the old existing items in GRS and re-sync them.
11 Import jobs to GRS.
Use this option if you need to sync specific jobs regardless of their stage in Simpro. You can paste a list of job numbers copied from Excel, add them separated by commas or enter a single job number to sync it individually. Please find more

In this tab, you can pair the simPRO fields (customer/site details and all the other fields shown in the screenshot above) to the Safety Culture questions in order to sync the data for an inspection report (Ensure that in Safety Culture the "Text Answer Type" is consistently applied to all fields, and use the precise question names in all your templates). You can also pair Simpro custom fields provided the relevant fields are also available in Safety Culture. Once done please click on "Submit" to save the pairing.
Job Custom Fields and Site Custom Fields section will only appear when there is a field available in Simpro.
Please note that for the sync to function and successfully transfer PDF to simPRO, there are two main requirements
- At least one field must be paired in Field Pairing and included in the inspection template questions.
- Global Response Set "simPRO Job List" is included in all templates intended for saving inspections as PDFs to Simpro
Data View

In the Data view tab, you can view data related to the Simpro to Safety Culture sync. You can also export them as an Excel spreadsheet.
Sync Status
In this tab, you can view the sync status - success or failure. The sync runs every minute and you will be able to see when it starts and when it completes.
Please note that for the sync to function and successfully transfer PDF to simPRO, at least one field must be paired in Field Pairing and included in the inspection template questions.
Sync Now
Use the Sync Now button in this tab to trigger a manual sync. SyncEzy's integration will automatically sync this for you. This button needs to be pressed only for the very first sync or as a backup option.
